About The Author

Overview:

Chaz Mayes, is an outdoor enthusiast and jack of all trades, grew up in the beautiful Carolinas.  He now resides in the mountains with his wife and daughter, keeping him quite busy.  In his spare time, he has one goal - to get out into the wilderness.  His passion for outdoor life has taken him from mountain peaks to raging rivers. He teaches outdoor survival as well.

Chaz has deep-rooted ideals and beliefs that he is unapologetic for them.  A strong supporter of the Constitution and "made in the USA" manufacturing - he is no doubt a true American patriot and wants to see his country thrive.  Chaz also works as a supervisor in manufacturing, but aspires to become a full-time writer.  

Current Work:

Chaz' first literary work was greatly inspired by his wife, who caused him to question a lot of things occurring in the country over the past few years.  Having never written more than an essay, one day he simply sat down and began to tell a story on his keyboard.

Months later, The Final Election Vol. 1 from the Trouble for Tyranny Series would arise and depict the vision in his mind of what would happen to America upon the prevalence of tyranny.  Inspired by current events, this book will cause you to question the future of America as well and wonder, "what would I do?"

Future Works:
Chaz in currently writing the follow up to The Final Election. It is yet to be titled. Once it is, we will announce it here first. Mr. Mayes says to expect some twist and turns, ones you would never expect. We are excited and can't wait to see what happens next. The tentative schedule for release is the spring of 2014.
